Care Plan Questions
The TBros Care Plan is a monthly membership that gives you priority service, special discounts, and peace of mind through preventative maintenance. It’s designed to keep your plumbing and heating systems running smoothly while saving you time and money.
Mid-efficiency gas boiler or furnace: $30/month · High-efficiency gas boiler or furnace: $37/month · AC only: $40/month · Combo mid-efficiency + AC: $70/month · Combo high-efficiency + AC: $75/month · Plumbing: $25/month. Each additional heating or AC system at the same property is $10/month less than its plan ($20 mid-efficiency, $27 high-efficiency, $30 AC), and plumbing can be added to any heating, AC or combo plan for $15/month.
High-efficiency gas boilers and furnaces usually vent through white plastic (PVC) pipes, often out the side of the house. Mid-efficiency systems typically vent into a chimney. If you’re not sure, call us at (617) 325-3283 and we’ll help you figure it out.
Choose the plan for your main system. Each additional heating or AC system at the same property is $10/month less than its own plan: $20/month for a mid-efficiency boiler or furnace, $27/month for high-efficiency, and $30/month for AC. For example, two mid-efficiency boilers are $30 + $20 = $50/month.
